Terms & Conditions/Reservation Agreement:
All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
ClassicTranspo is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. Cancellations for charter services within 72 hours will be charged full amount, if prior to the 72 hours 1/3 of the amount of the final contract will be charged. Cancellations for airport reservations need to be a minimum of 4 hours’ notice prior to service to avoid cancellation fees.
Last minute time changes need to be at least TWO hours in advance to avoid wait time fees. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the sedans, party buses & limousines caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of $100.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is $250.00. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate the charter without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof.

NO STANDING ON THE SEATS. Smoking is not permitted in our sedans, party buses & limousines.
Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet. We are not responsible for delays caused by unsafe road conditions (i.e., not salted, accidents, bad weather etc.). We are not responsible for articles left in the vehicles. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. All passengers should be over the age of 21 (If under 21, an adult must be present). ClassicTranspo accepts no liability!
Balances must be paid to the driver before but no later than the charter date (before the beginning of the charter).
